Tiny Quilt #19

This is an experiment with linen/cotton blends. I really like the flowy feeling of this fabric. The finished pieces feel different than 100% cotton - more relaxed and worn in right away. I made little x marks where the circles overlap… The first one was an accident and the rest were intentional. The light purple stitches are through one layer of fabric, and the black ones are the quilting stitches through all three. I need to think more about what my quilts will say… So far I’m thinking of the first words that come to mind, but there are more ambitious ways I want to use text in Tiny Quilts.
