Influenced by the opportunity to use all three of my plaid flannel fabrics in one improv experiment. <#3 I quilted this TQ with ties after trying some mulberry purple hand quilting stitches and taking them out. (Introducing bright stitches wasn’t quite right this time.) These colours and textures make me think of late afternoon between fall equinox and winter solstice. And it also has dimensions that feel like a book cover.

Continuing with improv practice. Choosing simplicity sometimes.
