Sardine Pillow

My sister asked me how big this sardine is, and I said that it gets bigger every time I talk about it!

I need to take photos of this sardine the way people pose with their catch of the day.

Technical notes: I found this pattern from Kristin Rauch of Woolly Petals. There’s also a step-by-step video that offers helpful instructions. In my experience, this pattern is more difficult to make than it seems. This is the 24” version. I’m interested to try the 36” sardine with a patchwork body.

New skills: Printing and piecing together a pdf pattern, sewing on a curve. (“Ease” is not easy.)
